Hi, I'm Nick Beveridge. I live and breathe Real Estate. I love my job and will be in this business until the day I die. I personally invest in Real Estate and head up the local CDA REI (real estate investors club). I specialize in selling homes quickly for the maximum amount of money the market will allow.

I grew up in North Idaho and am truly blessed to be raising my family here. My wife, Hillary, is my partner in crime! We have our wonderful daughter Aubrey and we are very excited to announce have just brought a baby boy into the world in December! I'm also an avid snowboarder and softball ninja.

In my personal life, I am the lucky mom to my two amazing kids, Sydney and Maverick. We are definitely an outdoorsy family and love to camp, fish, hike, and float down the gorgeous Coeur d'Alene river on a hot summer day. I'm also an artist and often have my work featured in downtown galleries and restaurants in Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, and Spokane.

I grew up in Honolulu and was a Rainbow Dancer at University of Hawaii. I am a soccer mom of 4 busy kids and my family enjoys getting outdoors whenever we can! We love to ski, play tennis, boat in the summer and of course all my kids play soccer!

Monica Heavey
My name is Monica Heavey. I am a new member of the REI Team Keller Williams Realty. I am excited to start this new chapter of my life, helping people find their vacation home or new home in North Idaho. My whole life I have helped people in some capacity. I believe helping people find a home will be a gratifying way of helping people.
I was born and raised in Southern California. I married my best friend and soul mate and have always dreamed of moving to a place like North Idaho. We raised two boys who are Marines and living their own lives. We are still raising our daughter here in Sandpoint. We often did outdoor activities with the kids, which often consisted driving hours to the mountains to camp, hike, fish, and sit by the fire. Now we can do those things in our own back yard. There have been no regrets, since our decision to move from California.
I am currently working as a Sheriff Deputy and have worked in Law Enforcement for 19 years. I have always wanted to be in law enforcement since my teen years. I look forward to helping anyone in law enforcement with a relocation and purchase of their dream home. My dream had always been to help people. I believe I can help people by connecting with them as I always have been able to do with anyone I meet.
